Bailey

Meet Bailey, racing name Citizen John, who has just joined us to look for his new home. As you can see Bailey is an extremely handsome fawn lad and he's just 3 years old (DOB 12/11/2021). I would keep Bailey myself if I had room for another hound!  He travels well in the car and walks nicely on the lead. He does love a fuss and he is a very chilled hound, his playful side is beginning to emerge now. He isn't the bravest boy but is quietly confident enough to give most things a try. Everyone who has met him has fallen for him so I don't think he'll be here very long. He's been out to Attingham with me and was happy to walk past or meet most dogs, he was actually a little put out by the little yappy dogs barking at him!

Bailey gets on well with my greyhound bitch and male, but he does prefer the girls! He could be homed as an only dog or with another  greyhound or medium sized dog. I'm not quite sure at the moment if he'd want to live with a small dog but it might be possible if they got on well at the introduction stage.  We are continuing to assess Bailey as he's not been with us long and will post more about him shortly. If you are interested in him do get in touch.
