Snow

Greyhound Trust Shropshire & Borders Snow

Meet Snow, racing name Pinch of Snow, who is 4 yrs old (DOB 10/11/2020). Snow is a pretty little, black greyhound bitch who joined us from our South West Wales Branch. She is a shy girl and can take time to get to know you but once she trusts you she’s quite playful and happy to have a fuss.

She did join us originally to see if she could live with a cat. This is still a work in progress and we’ve not ruled it out yet - with the right cat! She would chase a cat that runs but with some work might be ok with cats that stand their ground and are used to dogs.

Snow is spooked by noisy children and isn’t a fan of pushchairs so we think she’d suit a quieter home with someone who will to let her settle in at her pace. She’s very happy to play with my greyhound girl and share her bed so she would also make a lovely second hound and would gain confidence from another dog in the house. She walks well on the lead, although she can become overwhelmed in busy environments. She loves her toys so a big toy box in her new home is a must!!

If you’d like to meet her do get in touch.
